Service Description

When: Wednesdays, 5-5:45pm at Renaissance Vineyard Church This 45-minute fun and joyful class introduces the concepts of yoga through dance, storytelling, poses, props, and song. Children and adults will benefit by bringing awareness to their breath and bodies. Each class ends with a short relaxation to leave everyone with a sense of peace and calm. 6 and 12 Class-Packs available for a discounted rate here!
